These guys were so helpful every step of the way. They helped tremendously in dealing with the insurance and keeping things straight. On day of the job (at my first home) they functioned so well as a team and sent frequent updates with photos. I emphasized at my first home because I had them do a second one also and requested the same team. My husband isn't easy to please but he was very pleased with the Blue Hammer Roofing team. These guys were focused and helped point out areas of damage that I would have likely missed
We hired blue hammer roofing and they did an excellent job. They finished the job quickly and the roof looks beautiful. John Gedik did an amazing job in explaining every detail and working with the insurance process. He showed me pictures of the areas that needed to be repaired and provided pictures post-completion. Before, during and after the roof work, he kept on communicating and updating everything. Very patient and professional. I really enjoy working with him. Without his help, I would not have initiated and completed the roof project. Thank you, John. I would definitely recommend John and Blue Hammer for your roofing needs!
The service and attention we received from Blue Hammer Roofing and Mike Nguyen was topnotch. We evaded every door-knocking roofer/contractor, but serendipitously met Mike when he was working with our neighbor. He was professional, patient and took care of everything we asked for. Austin Pair worked tirelessly to make sure our insurance company paid for all our policy covered. While I wasn’t too happy having subcontractors work on a few aspects of the job, Mike kept the work on time and ensured the quality of work promised. He was accessible every single time I reached out - even when he was on a plane, sick or off-work days. Abdiel was the Quality Control Manager the day our roof was replaced. He was gracious, efficient and kept us updated throughout the day, sending photos of each stage of the roofing process. He made sure the job was completed on time, and the hardworking crew cleaned up properly afterwards. Even after the last check was cashed, we were able to contact Mike to take a look at an oversight in our attic. A Quality Control Manager (Tanya Case) arrived the very same day to take care of our issue. Pleasant interactions from everyone at Blue Hammer. Would definitely recommend Blue Hammer for your roofing needs!
They helped me from start to finish. From talking with my insurance, getting approved and all the next steps. They did a splendid job with the roof. They’re incredibly hardworking in what they do, a great job with high efficiency. Marcos was my point of contact, and he did an amazing job all throughout when it came to helping me sort things out with my insurance. I would highly recommend Blue Hammer Roofing !
