Met Jacob at one of my clients homes (I’m a Realtor). He was very detailed, and was explaining everything to my client so he could understand it. I was very impressed. I decided to have them come look at my roof. It needed to be replaced so I filed a claim. They followed the whole claim process and installed roof today. Brian, the Quality Control Manager, arrived at 620 to make sure all materials were ready for the crew. He made sure I knew everything that was going on, and made sure the crews had everything cleaned up on completion. He also sent me several pictures from the rooftop.
